All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfilment.
2. Pricing
Prices are in BDT and may change without notice. Promotions may expire without prior notice. Shipping charges are as quoted at checkout.
3. Payment
Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Rocket. Card payments may be processed through our payment gateway.
4. Delivery
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
5. Warranty
Commercial equipment carries manufacturer warranty as stated in the product listing. Warranty does not cover wear-and-tear or misuse.
